Professional B2B service
UplixOS is a B2B SaaS service for authorized professional teams: SEO consultants, client teams, administrators, and Uplix operators.
The service is not designed for consumer use and is not sold through self-service. Accounts are created by Uplix for existing Uplix customers and their authorized users.
Accounts, roles, and security
Each user is responsible for keeping their account secure, protecting authentication credentials, and all activity performed through their identity.
Roles, permissions, and workspace memberships limit access to data. Unauthorized sharing, permission bypasses, or use of another person’s account are prohibited.
Acceptable use
Users must not abuse the service, bypass security, disrupt third-party services, submit illegal content, or automate requests outside approved product workflows.
Uplix may suspend or limit access for security risk, excessive use, clear breach of these Terms, or breach of the applicable customer agreement.
The customer indemnifies Uplix against consequences of illegal content, client data supplied without sufficient rights, third-party rights claims, or misuse of the service.
Client data and intellectual property
Client business data, exports, and SEO/GEO performance data attached to a workspace remain governed by the applicable contract with the client organization.
Uplix retains rights in the software, interface, documentation, templates, generic configurations, analytics methods, and product know-how.
Confidentiality
Non-public workspace data, client performance data, credentials, exports, messages, and support communications must be handled as confidential.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of service access when the nature of the information requires it.
Third-party services
UplixOS depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, databases, analytics, observability, email, Google integrations, GEO monitoring, and paid SEO/API providers.
Provider downtime, quotas, contractual changes, or errors may affect parts of the service.
Decision-support outputs
Dashboards, rankings, AI/GEO narratives, recommendations, and generated explanations are decision-support outputs for professional judgment.
They do not guarantee SEO results, traffic, revenue, search rankings, or continuous source availability.
Availability, maintenance, and beta features
Unless a separate contract says otherwise, Uplix does not promise a specific uptime level. Maintenance, incidents, provider limits, or beta features may interrupt or degrade parts of the service.
Experimental features may change, be limited, or be removed if they no longer meet the required reliability level.
Commercial terms, quotas, and limits
UplixOS is not sold through self-service: prices, volumes, paid API quotas, plan limits, and commercial terms are governed by the applicable contract, quote, or order form with the Uplix customer.
The application does not set standalone payment or refund terms. The service may enforce usage limits, cost controls, external-service kill switches, or suspensions for abuse or overage risk.
Termination
Contract termination, account deactivation, or workspace closure may limit access to data, exports, and configuration.
Payment, confidentiality, liability, intellectual property, and provisions that survive by nature remain effective after access ends.
Governing law and liability
These Terms are governed by French law. Professional disputes relating to UplixOS fall under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Unless a more specific customer agreement applies, Uplix liability is capped at the fees paid for the service during the previous twelve months.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Uplix excludes indirect loss, lost profits, SEO ranking loss, and data loss. UplixOS is provided on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee SEO or GEO outcomes.
